Accommodation

Conference delegates are urged to choose accommodation in the unique atmosphere of the University of Limerick campus. The University campus, set in 300 acres of beautiful riverside parkland, provides a relaxed, convenient, scenic and self-contained environment for delegates during their stay. This high standard accommodation is provided in en-suite apartments on the banks of the River Shannon. Each apartment has six bedrooms and a shared, comfortable living room and kitchen with cable television, and card phones. Each bedroom has a double bed (135 cm X 190 cm), desk and a bathroom (with shower) en-suite. Bed linen and towels are supplied and there is a daily cleaning service.

Continental breakfast is delivered into the apartments for guests each day. The village has free adjacent parking. Certain apartments can be reserved for visitors requiring disabled access. Wired internet access is provided in the bedrooms for guests and wireless internet access is available at various, convenient locations throughout the University campus. The village has a reception, where delegates are welcomed on their arrival to the campus.

Opportunity for Publication of conference proceedings

Potential delegates who have had abstracts accepted for the 2nd European Transcultural Nursing Association International Conference and who have registered for the conference are invited to submit a full paper to be considered for publication of conference proceedings as part of a collection of essays. In order for your paper to be considered for publication you need to return the completed and signed agreement form, together with your paper which must adhere to the formatting guidelines to etnaconference@ul.ie or by post to Patricia White, Department of Nursing and Midwifery, Health Science Building, University of Limerick, Ireland, by no later than the 20th April 2011.
